Buying Trees Hall

We need to own Trees Hall. We need Trees Hall for club security, and even campus security, and we're working with everyone involved to try and get it. No one can defend Trees Hall like ESMD can.

We're going to control it one way or another. I would like to make a deal the easy way but if we don’t do it the easy way, we’re going to do it the hard way
